Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Kajo Rehab ("we") collects, uses and protects information in Kajo Ops (the "Service"), our internal operations platform available at ops.kajo.vn. The Service is used only by authorized Kajo Rehab staff.

1. Information we collect

Staff accounts. When staff sign in with Google we receive their name, email address and profile picture to identify them and apply their role permissions.

TikTok accounts connected by us. When the owner of a TikTok account connects it through "Login with TikTok" and approves the requested permissions, we receive only the data covered by those permissions:

  • user.info.basic — open ID, display name and avatar.
  • user.info.profile — username and profile link.
  • user.info.stats — follower, following, like and video counts.
  • video.list — the account's public videos: ID, title/description, cover image, share link, publish time, duration and view, like, comment and share counts.

We also store the access and refresh tokens TikTok issues so the Service can refresh this data. We do not receive TikTok passwords, private messages or private videos.

2. How we use the information

TikTok data is used only to show our marketing team the posting activity and performance of our own TikTok accounts, and to keep daily statistic snapshots for internal reporting. We never post, edit or delete content on TikTok, and we do not use the data for advertising targeting or profiling.

3. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share TikTok data with third parties. It is visible only to signed-in Kajo Rehab staff whose role allows it. Our infrastructure provider hosts the servers on which the data is stored.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on our private server. TikTok access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are never shown in the interface. Access to the Service requires an authorized staff account.

5. Retention and deletion

TikTok data is kept while the account stays connected. When an account is disconnected in the Service we revoke the token with TikTok and immediately delete the stored tokens, profile data and statistic snapshots of that account.

A TikTok account owner can also remove our access at any time from TikTok's settings (Security and permissions → Manage app permissions), or ask us to delete all data by emailing vuong.tr@kajo.vn.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be communicated to the connected account owners.
